The phone should still be under warranty since you bought it new, just go to the nearest carlcare office to you and they will get it fixed

If this is a case of poor usage then I doubt he'll be able to get a new phone but if the fault developed on its own, Carlcare is the solution or at least visit the store you bought it from, the person has some serious answering to do.

just open the phone, remove the battery and replace it back and voila you are back

the repair centre should be able to help

open the phone, unscrew the battery and disconnect the battery port

Did you buy it new or fairly used? If you bought it brand new, it should come with a warranty card which you can use the fix it at any tecno center free of charge. You can't expect the dealer to change it for you, you have used it for days. It could have developed fault from the way you used it.

I bought my tecno phone in Lagos and I am in Delta state can I still take it to any techno centre in delta state for it to be fixed?
