Last year I had $500 on my PayPal account but was just spending it on crap and also giving it away to people always crying for help. Now it's just about $80 left. Yes, start small and build on it. I didn't have a large amount to put in. Every month and every week for the past few months, a little percent of my income has gone to cryptos.

It will cost you nothing less than $33 transaction fee to send your coin from blockchain to binance(assuming you are buying to trade with brokers).

My advice, create a wallet on paxful . com . It charges less transaction fee and free paxful to paxful transactions( in case u intend trading peer to peer).
