my items were ordered since 13th December, got mail on 18th that it has been shipped. As of today, its at sorting hub.

I even called their customer care and after giving them the details they asked of, I was told I will get the items this week. Tomorrow I will continue tracking to see when the items reach my area

I ordered mine on13th shipped on 15th and delivered on 3rd....

Since there is 2days interval between us I think the delivery will be actioned this week

I guess you orderd for it during black Friday weeks, little wonder, it is more delayed.

I ordered on the 25th but it has been showing "its shipping is in progress" since 30th...please what does that mean?

I ordered mine on the 25th dec. And when i track it this is what i saw first, that my phone is at
Dansaz-NG-express, now it's at Jumia's
international shipping provider. Pls, Is the phone in nigeria already or when should i be expecting it from jumia.

Go to the mail you were sent after the order was shipped. Track the phone from there.
