I just kept laughing as i read this.....

I passed second time. First time i was doing 30 on a 50mph road. Thinking best to drive slowly careful... BIG FAIL that dangerous driving and holding up traffic. Instructor failed me fast . Yours was a good one o

Second test : As i got there i saw two test examiner . The main one and a leaner examiner .. I was like how can I pass with two...impossible and had given.up .
As I drove... all i kept saying is let this end joor so i can collect my fail and come n be going . To my surprise shocked I passed and had no fault but having two instructors made me more tensed . Second time so was so stressful

Can't imagine dt emotional stress, not one hawk watching but 2. Hian

My people my people long time no see, pls oo in searching for a house and u really see a ppty u like but the EPC rating is D/E, is it advisable one accepts it like dt considering the cost of energy monthly and it's efficency.

Urgent response needed pls......
Re: Living In The Uk/life As A UK Immigrant by veleta: 6:21pm On Jan 09, 2018
The only snag with such EPC is that you spend more for heating especially during winter. But if the rent is ok and proximity to work and kids school is ok then go for it.

You can rent it, but ensure you have loads of blankets, Teddy bears etc etc etc..... To maintain body heat or set extra money aside to compensate for above average energy bills.......

@Inkredible try travelex at MMA. They have a slightly better rate to BDC.

Getting a house is becoming more difficult Dan anticipated. Using right move and zoopla oo but either the house has been taken or the agent no pick call.

Getting a good house that ticks all the boxes could be a huge nightmare at times in the UK. When I was looking for a house then, some agents were dropping the call on me once they hear my naija accent grin

It's not usually as cold as this. This week is particulary cold and breezy. Next week should be a little better
