Good day house. I recently noticed that wenever I switch to another app on my fone, by the time I switch back to the former app, it would have bn cleared( it will open afresh even I switched back to it immediately) and therefore I wud loose wotever I was doing b4 d switch... I've tried to sort it out on hi manager but I still don't get it. Has anyone encountered this b4? Kindly help. Tnx I use tecno L9plus... CarlcareOpebi |

It's in the settings, I don't know where to find it but am quite sure. |

In the Phone settings search for battery optimization click on not optimized select show all follow your app one after the other and select do not optimize for all of the apps, or the ones neccesary |

It might be from the "developer mode" option in "settings". There is an option that says "Kill all apps as soon as you exit".. Once that particular option is active, it automatically kills an app when you minimize or switch.. If it's not the cause, then you need to perform a Factory Reset.. 1 Like |

Olalekanbanky1:Hello Olalekanbanky1 Go to SETTINGS, scroll down to DEVELOPER OPTIONS then open & turn it on. Scroll to the last tab [Apps], you'll see - Don't keep activities, toggle it off & turn off DEVELOPER OPTIONS. Then restart your device & check again. |
