Your criteria for judging is not fair. The man has really tried and deserves to be re-elected. Peace is priceless. He has brought back peace to the plateau most especially Jos north. I was born and brought up in Jos and I witnessed all the crisis that has happened from 2001. Lalong is a true leader who knows how to govern. Ask the people of kogi state and other states whom their governors are owing how they'd feel if they had a governor that pays their salaries promptly. Maybe then you'd understand better

You see, I am only trying to paint an actual image of things here. I have no agenda whatsoever.

He's tried as regards peace, I understand. I'd go as far as rating him a B in that aspect. Wasn't a fan of the way Jang handled the issue.

While I wouldn't accede to any of the demands the Hausa/Fulani make of the Plateau community, I wouldn't go so far as to treat them as nonentities.

I am of the opinion that every human being has something to contribute. So the least you could do is listen to them regardless of whether or not you they are your people.

On payment of salaries, I'd say that it isn't in any way a privilege done the people. That's a responsibility. He would have failed in equal measure as those state governors otherwise.

Besides, payment of salaries isn't all that there is to performance, even if you consider it that.
