Urgently in need of your advice on how to stop porn addiction anytime the needs to watch it arise and some tips or things that i can do on internet that can keep me busy rather than watching/downloading pornographics.

Block all porn site on Ur fine and make sure u always stay around people...cos anytime u are alone in a place the urge will come back....being with people will help u suppress it...and be prayerful as well....cos thats the key to All things

There are alot of things you can do with the internet when you are lonely. There are numerous books you can read and download with your data. If its fun you want, you can navigate the various social media and have a good laugh. You can practically spend your time here on nairaland and get educated, informed, and entertained with some great threads here
