A man cuts his hair once a week but washes more than 10 clothes in one week too. so, for me laundry is more lucrative if you are in good location and that is why I am into it. Once you get a good location for laundry you can contact me for mentorship. I have a young girl managing the shop but I do go there every evening to take stock and determine the average income daily since it's just a new business

It's easier to manage a barbing saloon since you won't be there in person. You just need to set up the place and let the barber(s) pay you an agreed sum weekly or daily for using your facility. They'll buy the provisions they need themselves. Make proper investigation on the minimum amount a barber can make and remit.

For the saloon, I have a well furnished saloon and I have a clerk where payments are made on the tickets I sign daily and I have cctv cameras wired around my shops so I charge 800 naira for d service and I pay each barber 300 for each client they work on cos I give dem tickets everyday (the barbers) den dey give d clerk customer ticket to use to pay to the clerk and if d clerk can't account for the tickets then it is her own business with me and I do d same for my laundry shop,

Nice strategy. I ve had this kind of plan in mind for while - where customers get ticket and barbers are paid by how much they work.

But na money we dey find to arrange the business well.

first of all u will need to have a fixed number of barbers working for u.
2. Get a ticket with ur saloon name and maybe give each of dem 40 pieces each everyday through the clerk.
3. U can choose to number ur barbers 1-4 if u have up to four barbers and then if they barb someone, they will sign on d ticket and write B for barbing or C for shaving or S for high styling of hair and give it to the client to give to d clerk by d door who den collects the money.
4. Now d commission goes for both the clerk and the barbers like now, I charge 800 naira for barbing, 400 naira for shaving and 1k for stylish barbering. So for every stylish barbering, the barber collects 400 and d clerk collects 150 and I take home 450.
For every shaving, d barber collects 150, d clerk collects 50 and I take home 200 and for every barbering, the barber collects 300, the clerk collects 100 and I take home 400. I am responsible for rent and bills and it is somewhat cool as I make sometimes above 200k monthly.
That is where u will see barbers working seriously and selling their market cos it will favor them and favor me. But the shop upkeep is a collective effort from me and my workers but my contribution is much higher so maybe after all said and done I take home 120k per month after the bills and rent and upkeep has been made and d most interesting part of it is that I take it home for doing nothing

That is why! If he give u certain amount as sales you give him the commission of that certain amount . If he gives u peanut he get same.

that is why cctv is necessary and just if u can't afford to connect that to ur shop, then be ready to be changing clerks, it is just the safest way bro...
