Okay bridge building is classified as heavy engineering so the input of qualified structural engineers cannot be jetissioned. In fact, in saner climes, the drawings should have been made and submitted for approval of relevant bodies before any item of work starts.

If indeed Okorochas bridges have no structural design, then they are disaster waiting to happen!

You dont know what they are talking about. Must you comment on what you dont know? After reading any course they give you in school you come and make anyhow comments here. When you dont design before construction, everything you do amounts to guese work in which case you are either underestimating or over estimating. The point you even raised here, is that enough reason why there should be no design before construction? Do you even know what design means? Maybe you think its just drawings!
