Okay bridge building is classified as heavy engineering so the input of qualified structural engineers cannot be jetissioned. In fact, in saner climes, the drawings should have been made and submitted for approval of relevant bodies before any item of work starts.

If indeed Okorochas bridges have no structural design, then they are disaster waiting to happen!

When you dont design before construction, everything you do amounts to guese work in which case you are either underestimating or over estimating.
