Dear Jzhane,

Myself and Dayo have been friends for almost four years. We met during an interview. At the time,Dayo was in a relationship with another lady. I eventually got the job from the interview but Dayo and I just stayed in touch.

On my birthday,I invited Dayo to my birthday party. He came with his girlfriend,Tonia. I dont know what happened as I didnt ask but Dayo and his girlfriend broke up shortly after that time.

Dayo said that she was always jealous and quarrelsome. My friendship with Dayo took another level after that. He would spend time alot in my place. We didnt define anything,I felt we just liked to be in each other’s company. But after he and kissed,I knew things had changed. We were attracted to each other no doubt. I must say that I am happy to be in a relation with Dayo but something bothers me a lot. We have been messing around for almost seven months and Dayo has never introduced me to anyone as his girlfriend or anything. Infact,when we are in public,he tries not to show too much affection for me.

When I noticed this,I asked him about it and he said there is nothing that I am just reading too much into it. How can I be in a relationship with a guy for seven months and none of his friends or family knows I am his girlfriend? They know we are friends quite all right. But they think we are just platonic friends.

What pained me most was,we ran into Dayo’s ex at the movies once and he just said hi. When the girl looked at me like,whats going on,Dayo was like…ah,remember my friend,we attended her birthday party once? I stood there looking like a fool.

After that,I decided I had enough so I broke off the relationship. Now,Dayo is trying to come back into my life,promising me heaven and earth. He even said he will marry me but I should be patient with him. That his heart was broken so hard the last time so he is trying to be careful this time. I asked him when we are getting married and he said he has plans to marry in four years time. Hmm,I am already 32 years old. That would mean,getting married by the age of 36. That seems a little too long to wait.

Yea You Should Lock Ur Heart About Dayo & Move On Cos He is Just Playing You while The Fun Last...Just Move On Cos He Isn't Serious With You...Don't Let Ur Emotions Deceive You In This Case rather Fight Those Emotions.... If Things Is really Going On Right Between U & Dayo, You Won't Be Here Complaining So It's a very Clear Evidence For U to move on Without Looking Behind... It's True That You are Aging but Don't Allow it to Bother u that Much in other to avoid Falling a "Prey" For A Fool that You Might End up really regret @ Last....Fight Ur Emotions Really Hard Cos It's Never Easy..Find Happiness Within Ur Self & Just Believe That Someone That is really Proud Of Dating/Marring You will Come Around...
