True too.
sugah:

You would be surprised (or not) to hear that the most racism against Nigerians are from fellow Nigerians/Africans.

Interesting
Newmum0615:
True. My husband's best friend lives in Australia. I heard they are quite racist over there. Not the same in the Canada. At least, not that our landed brothers have told us.

Oh Thank you.. I will address it in my LOE and attach the Employment Letters, Payslips and anything I can find for the other jobs to avoid the ADR thingy, thanks again for the advice.
happytbaby:
Please note that you might still get ADRs for them, so be prepared. you may want to address the issue upfront with an LOE in spite of moving to personal history.

It is obvious what the Visa officer wants. Just simply send 1 year bank statements for your husband and your bank statements for the period when you transferred the fund to your husband's account. You should also write a LOE that the money is a gift to support your application. You might also include your 1 year bank statements too (not compulsory though).

Thanks dupyshoo

House, please has anyone gone through the MPNP LAA route, I am filling my forms and have some questions:

1. My spouse office will not give him reference letter on company letter head I.e from his HR, what alternative can I use.

2. For the proof of funds the requirements says bank statements and certificates of deposits, do I need to ask for letter from the bank?

3. Applicants job was through a recruiting agency say A, and got employment letter from compay A, was seconded to company B, so he has work experience in company B, who should issue the reference letter as Employment letter is also a requirement.

4. At what point will I be asked to make the CAD 500 processing fee and how do I make it.

5. Applicant is claiming a strong tie from a COUSIN but there is no place holder to input proof (1st cousins from both mothers). What other proof can be used as both does not have mothers maiden names in their birth cerificates.

Please I know nobody is obliged to answer me but please, help a sister if you have taken this route.

Thanks

Fund your account to over $200.Haba $3 will not cover for the charges for the bank and intermediary.

1. It is not compulsory that the letter must be on the company letter head. A letter from his manager, ID card, employment letter, payslips,
bank statements showing salary will work out fine.

2. I know Manitoba used to ask for 3 months bank statements. If it is still the case, just include your 3 months bank statements.

3. Let him try to get from both companies. He can submit the 2 with LOE or just simply add the one he is happy with (preferably comapany B)

4. I believe when you are submitting your application online.

5. He will need the birth certificates for both mothers, marriage certificates of the mothers and the 2 cousins birth certificates.

Okay, the lack of a Linkedln profile might have triggered it. On State A to State B, what if you get the email address for the current HR Helpdesk? references are scanned to people all over the country.

tollu:

Thank you. No LinkedIn profile o, that might be a reason for the request. My guy na serious lay low, can't be bothered with anything IT beyond emails and sometimes Whatsapp.

Bank was taken over but we can't start running about like headless chickens from state A to state B.
It's from 9 years ago and cars have been changed, house changed so complimentary cards are also an issh. We're still hunting for that though.

Also thinking of printing at least one email he sent me with the official email account.

Thanks dupsyshoo.

@ 40manlappy;

Remember that you add each certificate separately, when you are done and click 'add' it goes to the bottom of the page? They are independent of each other.

Ok, thanks

I'll always appreciate your input Konta..God bless u
Kontagious:

Sleekysilk and Happytbaby confirmed there's slot for inputting ECA number and date for every degree evaluated. Hope the VO is clever enough to know the two ECAs translates to two or more certificates.

Precedence in making.

I think you should remain the PA but you might have to do the following in addition to other things as required:
- Request from your employer(s) to state clearly in their reference letter that you were on a monthly salary of X Naira which was payable in cash on the 24th(or as the case may be) day of the month. That way, you wouldn't be expected to show proof of salary payment in your account statement.
- You may also want to make use of a LOE in explaining the nature of such jobs and state that you received payment in cash.
There could be other ways around this though.
.
thanks so much mcstan18

Good day guys
Please I need some inputs on this issues. I work with the fed govt, getting paid through Ippis but for some times now my salary has been stopped due to some irregularities from ippis's side which is taking months for them to correct but I can confirm that I'm not sacked. Will Submitting proof of employment like a bank statement which shows no inflow of salary for some times now from my employer and no recent payslip raise an eyebrow?

Many thanks Happytbaby
happytbaby:
Because the summary will not say something like "Two bachelor's degrees (four years)" ? I understand where you are coming from I doubt that would happen, he or she will see the qualification summary and then check each ECA report.

@ JustinTrudeau, just ensure you scan your two certificates and both ECAs plus IELTS TRF and place holder in the slot for Education when uploading.

To make you feel extra comfortable, do an LOE on Education and point out that you have two certificates assessed by two different bodies, make it the first page of the supporting documents for education, do a small table with name of institution, certificate obtained, year of study, assessment body and ECA number . The first thing VO will see is your LOE and he/she will already know what to look for.

Ladies and gents, oga don send me message, so make una help me abeg.

Mrs has a passport that is due to expire in November. First, does, the passport have to be valid for 12 months? If yes, Can we still use the passport to apply, and then update it with a new Passport later in the application process? We are thinking this because it might be hard to get a new passport from naija boys since the passport is not close to expiring.

Make una help us abeg.
