Come back here and explain 20k drivers registration you scam investors. Honestly, you greedy pass politician.

You have 2 drivers that are lawyers bla bla bla, so there for you have people to defend u. Then why are you afraid to visit the police, you should have send your lawyers/drivers to help you resolve the police matter.

You are your own enemy.

It is a ONE TIME FEE CALLED DRIVERS RECRUITMENT FEE...
Its a recent development in our terms and conditions
Reasons for the fee...
1. The stress of getting a RELIABLE driver
2. The stress, time and cost to confirm the drivers house and guarantors (note we drive down to inspect the drivers house, meet their guarantors and others)
3.We can fire the driver if he break the rules but we will get the client another driver within 24 to 48 hours
4. The driver can drop any car with a prior notice and we start all over again with another driver repeating the procedures above.
5. we pay taxify inspection fee 2k each time new drivers start driving a car the driver just left..
6.its part of the profit we make, don't forget that all other things are fixed
7.we are into drivers recruiting and training...(very complex and tasking job.
STAY BLESSED SIR..

Talking about enemies who wanna bring you down, guess what, if you play your cards right then there won't be chance for that. All these would have been avoided If only you did the right thing but I guess your pride didn't let you and as such, your pride is part of your "enemy"

Take corrections bruv, I like your hustle/zeal and I have never wished you bad...

That you called and narrated everything I said doesn't mean we have resolved issues. You should have waited till you actually do something responsible before posting this. Cuz nothing has been done by you since this whole incident. Your first call was over an hour and had no apology not even after all that happened that I had to tell you what you should have done and prevented this whole issue. And after the call you thought over and decide to call back and apologize. And all your suggestions are the same thing the car owners were asking for from the get go and you decided to waste their time and money cuz you had more important "stuffs". Seriously don't let me look back.

As to fault, I'm waiting for you to point out mine. Even if in a private call or face to face or even here. Like someone said "don't hide under the unknown". The call records will be uploaded any way possible if I notice any false accusations.

As per compensation, keep telling yourself whatever you like.. If till this day I still don't know how money was made but I received zero naira when it was due and no amount has been remitted for 2 weeks work. And you never discuss it when we speak. Perhaps you still need to read your own terms and conditions.

My initial silence was out of restraint to allow you redeem yourself but coming here boasting and saying what hasn't happened is just very annoying. You just couldn't exercise control over yourself. Its terrible.

I see the vehicle as a BUSINESS tool, so sentimental attachment to the vehicle should be out of the way for effective USAGE.

Proper management of this BUSINESS tool falls into the hands of the DRIVER - FLEET MANAGEMENT. Proper management means that the LOWEST COST possible has to be incurred in the running of the BUSINESS tool.

The DRIVER has to have that basic mechanical idea of issues that can / will arise from daily running of the BUSINESS tool

The FLEET MANAGEMENT has to have preventive maintenance scheduling in place, partner with right auto workshop, insurance, fleet management options and solutions.

Every one has to be happy in partnership - the investor - fleet management - Driver - vehicle.

Ogunvic and Romeo just have to go back to the drawing board and if possible one should enrol in a management class, don't be afraid to tell each other the truth.
I noticed something, Ogunvic uploaded amounts made by his driver and guess what? His Partner Romeo asked "same driver" this question should have bin asked via a WhatsApp or phone call and getting to know if it was same driver via this thread shows a bit of communication issue.
A lot of peeps said you are arrogant and also full of pride, try work on it, no one is perfect but to succeed in business most especially during start up, you need to tame some ugly traits that might hinder your progress.
Be it as it may, when a trust is broken, it can never go back to its factory setting hence the reason why you should be more careful.
One more thing, you guys should stop singing your praises, allow your partners do that for you and for now, your reputation gat a stain and will go a while to clean it up. Whatever you do, remember the INTERNET is there to remind you.

Stay humble and God bless.

Re: If You Are Uber Partner In Lagos, Please Share Your Experience Here by Carshopper(m): 12:52pm On Jan 28, 2018
So how did 'let's Change the narrative start'....

I believe everything needs planning and the right execution. Delay is never a sign of weakness or not knowing what to do. Delay, could mean you are building the right momentum, right attitude, right partnership.

So November 2016, I and my brothers ventured into e-cab biz with our first ride a 2012 hyundai sonata (too soft for this hustle, engine too expensive, motor too unpredictable). I handle the bizness side while my brothers bring in the finance.

The bizness side has to be profitable, cuz my brothers made me understand it IS business and I am accountable to them. It's not brother to brother ooo ...

I tried managing other cars for Friends (e no easy as possible think) so I dropped Friends Cars and ginger for more investment from my brothers.

From 2012 hyundai sonata which I drove till I gave it out, we grew to more kia brands. Business was moving, new strategy was formed and it was decided ( with me as biz lead)that investment will not be over a certain budget and certain car year/model.

We grew our fleet to 5cars and still growing.

One thing I have come to understand in e-cab biz or transport biz, the losses is much more than the gains. But when you have a workable strategy you can minimize the losses and build up your gains.

Changing the narrative tends to employ strategies that can be built upon as the business changes (there will be changes be it govt or otherwise).

We hope achieve something from the ordinary ...

Lets Change the narrative ... let's Change the way business is done in E-Cabbing ... let's bring better planning and innovations that make work look easy.

I like your attitude

Like Dad used to say civility is not a sign of weakness

Keep your cannons ready, but don't fire yet...if he does not make amends within 7 days from your going public, please feel free to fire on all cylinders, it will be both well deserved and secondly, your maturity and patience in dealing with him will be clear beyond a shadow of a doubt

And someone clearly needs to sign up in the class of human and public relations cause no matter how high he aims to fly, it is other people that will make it happen, and with this attitude of his, he has already made that a lot more difficult, if indeed it will ever happen outside of his dreams
