Apologies...

Patiently follow the IVR and you will be able to speak with any of our agent, should there be any issue you will like me to assist you with, please share.

Pls what's IVR...btw that customer care line doesn't redirect someone to an agent

I tried subscribing for blackberry subscription using *440*1# and I got a message welcoming me to Android data. Which one is Android data? I want my subscription or refund. Also why does the CC Agents keep ending my call?

So we don't understand English again Abi? Tried reaching the customer care representative, all to no avail. Why change the straight forward way in the first place? Please share the step by step way to speak to one if you really want to help. Thank you

Airtel is no longer is support of BlackBerry bundles for OS 7 downward. Hence, BCM is redirected to give you Android bundles.
Please be informed .

If your airtime is deducted without you getting the appropriate value please DM you number.

I can't seem to reach Airtel customer care representative via 111 or 121. How else can one reach them? My brother recharged my line with N2000 worth of airtime which is for data. I can't find the units in my account, yet Igot a message the transaction came through.

Please Hell. I need to send in an application urgently.
Dial 121, then 1, 3 and 6.
when they pick blast them well, cos they intentionally hide the option to call CCU

Please, I bought an airtel line for my sister, it was registered. but due to certain important reasons, she didn't recharge withing 48hrs after registering... the line got bared.
I've been trying to contact customer care through both 111 and 121 as I was Instructed, but there's no option to speak with a customer care representative.
Please, I need advice on what to do, because she loaded some money on the sim before she discovered it has been bared. I need it to be unbarred, please help me.
Thanks.

Re: Airtel Customer Care by suru45: 5:24pm On Feb 05, 2018
I loaded 500 naira this morning and I dialled *144# to subscribe for double data .500 naira was deducted but till now, the data was not given me. All efforts to call customer care proved abortive. . Emails sent via pokerinu@yahoo.fr and rock93fd@gmail.com were not replied.
I want my data given me or my airtime refunded.
