Is it the white color of the house,large windows or the fact it looks neat and straightforward? it's simple and elegant and very easy to build because its square shape . the Nigerian houses I see in fact seem to be the difficult one to build .

examine the houses below . only the outer layer is concrete . completed within 3 days . Inside is partitioned with hard wooden wall . in one week the entire house is completed .

Well I don't consider myself a minimalist, but the lifestyle is awesome. A moderate way of life isn't tied in with fitting all your worldly possession into a solitary rucksack, it's about clearing the clutter from your life and altering your mindset so you can live with more purpose and peace.

Minimalist living means figuring out how to disengage yourself from what you own, and living is to a great extent about the search for contentment, and contentment starts with an appreciation for what you have.

All humans deserve a a very beautiful space to call home . the homes below can replace the Nigerian vilage mud huts , its very affordable . what do you think? Great Nigeria

why burglary proof? this is about simple living .why would anyone break into a simple house ? that makes no sense . that sort of reasoning is annoying to me . I keep reading statements like arm robbers will invade" "you'll be kidnapped " "this cant work in Nigeria or can only work in the US or Europe " " rain and sun will destroy it" etc . this is silly reasoning . it seems to me Nigerian minds have been conditioned to negativity and poverty mentality.

the minimalist homes are not a mystery nor are they out of reach nor cost a million dollars . the only difference is that the home is square shaped with flat roof ,looks nicer when painted white or grey color,large windows , neat and nicely organize with toilet and bathroom in one room, living room and kitchen and dining in one space ,etc.
