Have you ever heard of these type of stupid "miracles" being publicized in the western countries?

My opinion about this is that it is possible for God to do it (remember the woman of Zarephat and Elijah, the feeding of 5000 etc). But I believe He does it in dire and critical situations not to satisfy our own whims and caprices.
