China rom is more advanced than Global rom, only thing some persons consider an issue is that some apps are there preinstalled which you don't need, and some are in Chinese, it doesn't come with Google apps and playstore but you can install those in 5 mins, apart from that, it's the best miui has to offer.

Please what is so special avout china rom?

I bought the last one when my follow-come charger got burnt thanks to crazy high voltage angry

Nice charger with 3 usb ports and QC 3.0 which will come in handy when I get any device that supports it, the only con is just that it gets very hot at times.

You can just get the one by Xiaomi in the 2nd link.

My device is stuck on Fastboot. I connected my phone to my charger only to go back to it and saw my device on fastboot. I have used the power button and volume down method, still not working. Device is Redmi 3s. Please help

Hold power button for like 15 seconds to turn it off, then switch on.
