A dad has shared a heartwarming story about about unconditional love – when he found out the son he had believed to be his for more than 14 years didn’t belong to him.

According to Daily Tips, the anonymous father posted on social media that he was ‘crushed’ – and admitted calling in sick from work and drinking himself stupid while struggling to suppress his anger.

As I have always maintained, some women are devils in human skin. It is so painful to give so much love to a kid you thought was your Son only to be hit by a sad reality that you've been living in a fool's paradise. Brother, shit happens in life. I know it is hard to move on from this kind of situation but it is what it is. Life has to go on.

For the kid, I am afraid this sad belated reality will continue to play on his mind while growing. The heart bro.
