From 6 ft and above, a man is considered tall, especially in a country like Nigeria where there are lots of men of average height.

Short for men is 5'7 and below.
Average for men is 5'8 - 5'11

For women however:

Short is 5'4 and below.
Average is 5'5 - 5' 8
Tall is 5'9 and above.

Exactly. I see 6'0 - 6'3 as the best height a man can be, as being too tall makes you look a bit odd and too unusual. And i also believe those are the sexiest heights also...Lol
