People like him will not allow other corpses stay peacefully because his body is not meant to stay too long without burial. He will disturb both the dead and the living until he is buried, and even after then his family will have to perform some rituals to ensure he doesn't come back to haunt them.

Almost correct. I was scrolling down various response to see who was closer to the mark. It is not his spirit per se, but demons that has worked in him and for him.
