More points how? Don't worry yourself, complete 3 years of experience allots the maximum obtainable points for that category. The reference letter can include the 4 months stuff even though he isn't claiming points for it. The idea is that whatever you claim points for MUST be sufficiently backed up with proof. However, you can choose to provide more information than required by including it. There's no harm in doing that
Thanks dear

Please just include both. If both jobs are in the same organization, it won't take anything extra to have them include the current role. In fact, it is important that you do it. If they contact the organization, you won't be there and the HR contact might just give them info about both jobs. Even though it is under personal history, they might still frown at the omission. My opinion though. I won't exclude it myself.
Thanks newmum

The responsibility of deciding which NOC you finally choose lies with you.

Oya, post your JD. All of us will chook mouth inside the matter. I have replied your PM.

According to IRCC, to get points for "two or more certificates", one of the certificates should be a three-year or more certificate, diploma, or degree PLUS any of the results in the sections below

Please is it requiredt to evaluate the two certificates?
Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Workers Program-Connect Here Part 3 by smslive2: 11:27am On Feb 09, 2018
If you do not evaluate the two certificates, how will CIC know you actually have the certificates?

Yes. It depends on the school and the "tightness" of your contact

Hello Everyone,

I am a website developer and have my own business (The Managing Director) over 5 years, I wanted to know which NOC do I fall under:

1. NOC code: 2175 Web designers and developers OR NOC code: 0114 for managing directors.

2. Also in my EE profile do I select "Self Employed" OR "Employer"

Thanks.
I would suggest u answer these questions b4 deciding which to choose
1- is your company big, is it a registered Limited liability company with CAC and do u have evidence to prove it

2- do u have lots of staff and do u have evidence to back it.
Becos a lot of times in Naija people mistake sole proprietorship for MD.

I feel u stand a better chance with noc 2175 if your company is not so big or its an enterprise.

Hope it helps

2131 is the closest I can find. The only issue for me is that it didn't mention pipeline explicitly, but when you run a NOC search on "pipeline" as keyword, 2131 is always returned. Keep your choice open in case another suitable one comes up

You mean you're a project assistant? Then you don't manage the projects, you ASSIST the Project Manager who writes proposals, deals with grants, work plans and budget for the project. Make sure your reference letter tallies at least 70% with the NOC you're selecting.

Search for the PNP thread. They would be in a better position to answer you. I'm not PNP routes so I don't know the answer.

1242 may work for you. I'm not sure of 4211 but it's worth checking too. I suggest you check the NOC site and do a thorough search.

Same goes for everyone who needs help with NOCs. Do your own search first and then state the options you are considering. Some people don't even try to search on their own but just want others to give them definite answers. It helps to do research o.
Ok bye wink

Good afternoon everyone.

Please Is there anyone who obtained a degree following a diploma from unilag and successfully evaluated his/her BSC/BA degree with WES. I received the status update on my Wes and don't know how to go about it.

Please note that I am not trying to evaluate my diploma. Apparently, the transcript shows from 200L-400L.

Thanks for the response in advance.

From the information you provided you should at least get over 400

So please check again

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp

Also you both have over 3 years experience in at least one NOC that's pretty fine.
