Hello, the response from WES is due to the fact that your Diploma Transcript was not added.
You would need to apply for your Diploma Transcript from the School of Foundation Studies for 2.5k and request it to be sent to the Unilag Records Office. However, this means you would have to pay the 18.5k(16k courier & 2.5k) for the transcript again for this service.
You would then notify the Records Office about this and ask them to wait for the receipt of your transcript before sending it to WES as shown below.
I hope this helps.
Elle78:
Good afternoon everyone.

Please Is there anyone who obtained a degree following a diploma from unilag and successfully evaluated his/her BSC/BA degree with WES. I received the status update on my Wes and don't know how to go about it.

Please note that I am not trying to evaluate my diploma. Apparently, the transcript shows from 200L-400L.

Thanks for the response in advance.

I have plenty people to thank.

Back in 2015 when I first found the Part 1 of this thread and looked into the requirements, especially amount, I just closed the page jeje. Then sometime again late 2016, my husband and I started to look into checking out of this una Naija. We considered Ghana and Cote D'Ivoire, something brought me back to the first thread and this time, the figure was no longer out of our reach, to the glory of God.

This is what you do:

- Download the form but do not open it in the browser
- Download the latest adobe acrobat reader dc.
- Open the downloaded form using the acrobat reader software.

That is how I opened and filled mine....You can't save either, so you would need to print.

Hope it helps

Hello Everyone,

I am pretty new but I took the time as a guest to review the threads from part 1 to this thread and have found it very insightful. I have just commenced the process. I have gotten my WES reference number and written to my school already; I however have a nagging issue that I need help with attending to.
I am in the process of renewing my international passport which has my maiden name ( I am married). I have not done a change of name; however I used my new name on my baby's birth certificate. All other documents have my maiden name.
All subsequent documents (WES Evaluation, PoF) will have my maiden name.

Is it advisable to have my husband's name on my international passport upon renewal and then do a "one and the same affidavit"?

I think you should do things properly, so you don't complicate things for yourself. If you want to change your name do so by newspaper and affidavit, the acceptable means and not one and the same affidavit. If you are not ready then pls renew with your maiden name

As i said earlier, u need to take ur time and do a research. Most engineers prefer Alberta (oil & gas) but the choice is totally up to you. Just do the research and u would get more useful info.

Btw, the nomination isnt free. I think the last i heard, it was about $1500 CAD. (not sure)

Thank you so much.... Is Alberta easy to go through or which is easiest for mechanical engineer?.

My bad... Don't be upset but got to get things straight

Same format, slightly different wordings, different font(in case they decide to copy and paste) . It is not inconceivable that you provided them with a format in line with CIC specifications. Nothing do you.

What really matters is that the company is willing to sign it confirming that your performed those roles. However, an uncanny similarity might make the VO think the references are "genje". He would just confirm them which should not be a problem since you actually worked there.

Thanks alot. I appreciate

Cited from the wes "for a completed study, send a clear and legible copy of this document to wes".

The word "document" in the shot, does this mean transcript or certificate. Also, am I to send the copy via email/courier service.

Hello,
Please i have DOB disparity between my transcript and my passport. i have gone through some threads in this forum and gotten some information. but they are mainly suggestions and I didn't see any success stories confirming if the routes taken worked out or not. WES is currently evaluating my records and I dont know if now is the right time to send them a message regarding my DOB on school records. plssssssssssssssssss helllpppppppppp. thank you

p.s : pls pardon me if i didn't post the write way. just trying to get a hang of things here

@40manlappy, I sent you a PM sir. Its about MBA transcript in Lautech for my spouse. It's what has been delaying us for some months now. We'll really appreciate your assistance through your contact at the PG school.

I've never used the PM function before so I hope I did it right. I'll keep an eye on my email.

I doubt it. Where did you do it? Tests will probably be different, plus when you did it they would have created some online profile which will be different from Canadian one.

As long as you haven't violated any of CIC specs, I don't think you should be worried. Double stamping doesn't violate their specs. In fact, double stamping = double authentication, right? wink
