The attempt by some at using victimhood as a weapon of attack will only backfire on women in general on the long-run. It would make it a challenge for them to fit into the caucus or trying to fit them in.

If I was to be a mentor to a guy, it would be a completely different thing. I would go for lunch with him, chat about everything with him, and if he is my type of homie, I would even invite him out with my crew and network.

Reminds me of a time I worked with a guy on some few private projects. Previously he was working with a very nice woman (who I actually knew). They worked well together until she had to moved on.

One day when we were hanging out chilling and chatting at a restaurant, he said it was just fun working with me. And I was like "wetin, that the woman was cool na and could work well with him as much as I did". He said "Yeah, she was cool and all that, but it is not everything you can chat with a woman as a married man. You can't even see an attractive woman and discuss it with her. You have to control yourself like if you are not looking. Something I don't have to do with you". Yeah, me and him talk a lot of shyt about girls. Sorry, I talk most of the shyt about girls and he laughs like crazy.

When I was younger and just joined a top firm, was posted on a project where my project boss had already been on the project months before me.

The company booked hotels for us and I went for breakfast in the morning with this project boss, a white guy. Soon an Indian guy from our company, but working on another separate project at the same large client as our project, joined us at the breakfast in the hotel restaurant.

While we were all chatting together, all of a sudden I heard my white project boss say to the Indian guy "Piss off, you Paki baaastard".

The Indian guy retorted "Fck off, white trash".

I was shocked, looked up and looked at both of them.

They were smiling.

Then the Indian guy told me that is how we great each other. We all started laughing.

That shows you how well bonded these guys are and very comfortable with each other. Free with each other like hell.

You think if this white guy moved on and is climbing ladders and his employers want to fill a top role and told him to recommend someone, he would not recommend this Indian guy? He would see him as some Indian or "my homie"?

I wonder what modern western women smoked that influenced them to believe men exist to serve them. It is d work of the devil,any woman who wants to play the role of a man would end up destroying her family.such burden would create an emotional wound,stress and trauma for her.most single moms r single cos they did not submit
