About 2 or so years ago, Nairalander's most prominent Pan-Yorubanist and overall wicked man, Akinphysicist made a bet with me that within 2 - 5 years credit in Yoruba language will be required to attend Lagos state-owned tertiary institutions. If one Yoruba guy based in the US, however wicked he might be, can predict what Lagos lawmakers will do 2 solid years in advance, why are we Igbos not making similar moves? YungMill - you and I will not agree on most things (because even though you are Itshekiri - you are far too pro Yoruba for my liking), however, I have to agree with you that my online Igbo keyboard warriors brought made all these possible. The way some of my fellow Igbos carry Lagos matter for head has become a huge source of embarrassment to the point that I can deal at all any more.

I don't remember the thread in question but Akin always comes off as some1 who is very organized and strategic. He has a way of drawing out info from people and using it against them. He is not some1 I want to have any disagreement with - as he does not believe in half measures. Trust me, I know people like that and dem plenty for Yorubaland.
