He was able to receive it , most of the channels intermittently freezes except baby tv, child smile, but nigcomsat is not the carrier of the channel jwbroadcasting
My question can it also be accessed thru kwese setting which might be stable?

Yes, if he can get kwese, JW Broadcasting will come up or give him this frequency 12728V30000, if he gets green, then input 12604V30000 (lnb 7 o clock). If you're a JW send me an email chuksodiah@gmail.com so we can talk more

No, every Transponder is independent. You need to know why it's freezing, if it's because of low signal then use bigger dish, if it's from the carrier then exercise patient for it will be corrected in due time. Again it could be caused by your receiver, you may need to try Strong product if it's not what you have.

TSTV seems to have given up on Bein Sports, trying to source content themselves but they are doing a very bad job of that. Showing recreation activities and poorly shot local league matches every 24 hours is just waste of air time.
I don't know what they're thinking but I have given up. Without proper sports content they will be in trouble.

No Freesat software is opening Sp24. The latest software is from 07/02/2018 which is not opening the channel. if Tiger decoder not autoroll the channel from software 08/02/2018, mean that we will wait for Chinese holiday end

By independent nature of transponders, do you mean that TP 12604 can b tracked alone at 70 degree azimuth?

The software both tiger and freesat engineer's released does that indicate that its open sp24, if yes then there is something wrong with sw,for freesat the software release indicate that it solve YouTube bugs meaning is a current released software but it won't open sp24 because they edith the software for different purposes so you guys should wait for a right sw for sp24 which I believe it will release soon I learnt the chinco are on holidays so we should be wait a little and no panics.

Trying a different decoder might not be an option, but my worry is the installer tracked nigcomsat and lock same, any satellite I searched brings up same channels be it Thor west, or Eutelsat East or West, Thaicom etc,

I don't think so. It works on Tigers running on forever server like T3000 or T8 HD Ultra.
