The real reason why so many fans are torn on Mourinho imo is that this team possesses no consistency in performances. It's as if the media bashing after a scandalous loss or series of losses propels them to a few wins here and there that gets everybody raving and then all the praises gets them so high and distracted before another series of losses. Mourinho is not tactically inept, that as much is proven in several games this season and in our football compared to LVG and Moyes. What he now lacks or seems to be losing is his man management skills. Getting the best out of players match after match seems to be a big problem now. Sometimes i look at the likes of Lingard and Pogba and their antics and i can tell these guys let the good times get into their head too much...There just seems to be no restraint and an ahead to the next game mentality with these guys. The likes we use to see with Keane, Vidic, Ferdinand, Rooney and co. For those guys it was always get to the end before celebrating like idiots and it's what's happening across town in Manchester currently. How many clubs in the top 6 have our players behaving like teenagers like some of ours do? Was it not some days back the other one was tweeting rubbish on a day for remembrance and had to cover up with social media team excuse. Mourinho needs to toughen up this team. I have seen United play players in strange positions and they deliver 10/10 performances. Fergie Did that so many times to amazing effect, so using were Pogba plays, martial plays is sort of lying to ourselves. These guys aren't tough mentally and i hope Mourinho gives them some hairdrier treatment so they can sit up, stop sulking and give us great performances wherever they find themselves. Atleast i know the manager cannot be so bad to play them purposely in their weakest areas if they haven't tried it in training. The only question now is does Mourinho still posses that ability?
