Pogba ain't effective pairing Matic as DMs. Pogba needs to play in 3-Man midfield - perhaps on the left Side in an inverted pyramid Shape or free Role in a pyramid Shape.

He can play along with Mata on the Right side and Matic at the Base in an inverted pyramid Shape or with Herrera and Matic behind him in a pyramid Shape.

Sanchez is a top-class Player, and I'm confident he can play anywhere in the Front Line with ease and superbly, hence he should be played as RWF, Martial as LWF while Lukaku leads the Line.

Thus, I suggest JM shouldn't be too rigid like Conte. He needs to change the Formation to 4 - 3 - 3 to accommodate both Martial and Sanchez in the same Lineup as well as twist the Tactics to real attacking Football.
