As for your riddle, obviously, the third guy is the delusional one, because we know artworks are made by humans and an artist must exist. But we don't know about a universe. Moreover, there are naturally occuring "artworks" that have no human designers-----the order and beauty of crystals is one example.

No one knows how the first life came about. We know the processes that creates new life; evolution and reproduction but the exact origins, we do not know. No one knows. But then, you will come with your religious fairytales and claim that God did it. If I ask you to show evidence for god, you will now be saying rubbish like "Seun does not exist". From evolution, we can say that humans evolved from other lifeforms in the past but we cannot say exactly when it happened or how- just like knowing that you must have had parents even if you were orphaned as a baby.


No one knows the origin of the universe. We know that it is expanding and if you reverse it with certain conditions, one can theorize and trace the origins to a specific point in the past- that is the big bang. That in itself is not enough information about the universe.


No one knows. But you will come and give the "god of the gaps" argument.

And while human creations are designed and made from PRE-EXISTING MATERIALS, creationist theists contend that God created the Universe OUT OF NOTHING, not OUT OF THINGS THAT ALREADY EXISTED. But we have never observed anyone creating or designing anything out of thin air, out of the blue, out of nonexistence, so you can't compare this kind of outrageous idea of design with the kind of design associated with humans.
