I have been working on developing a CBT web applications for some time now but based on some issue I have not been able achieve this.

Please note these before you contact me.

I need an experienced hands on CBT, if you have developed and managed a a professional CBT site before. I mean a standard used in higher institutions.


This application will do the following basically. It will be a social media.

1) Allow us load our questions at any time we want.
2) Allow us pre-load the answers anything.
3) Auto mark the test as soon as possible and present result immediately after test according to answers provided.
4) keep a data base of participants (name, portrait, e-mail, phone no, state etc)
5) Display publicly (at the front page) the scores of the best sets of participants with their image and scores in front of them
6) Do a cumulative score calculation of participants for years.
7) Keep time while student write the test and should time out at a set time.
could roll over to another question when a time set for each question has elapsed.
9) Allocate points to participants based on score and total time spent to answer the questions.
10) linked with social media where participants can share thier scores with their friends.

Also, do not rule out partnering because it's a big project.

There are a dozen languages/frameworks that will handle such project. To me, it is an enterprise app.

Yh sure but it just feels so natural to use React

The pull-them-down attitude that is stiffling the creative thinking of developers in display again. You don't have to de-market others to market what you have if it is truly market worthy and you are secure within yourself.

Why isn't the OP going with free existing solutions? I've adapted Learning Management Systems like Moodle to act as CBT platforms. There's also a few very robust open source solutions in very active development. In fact I know one in use by the University of Nottingham. I'm a lazy developer. If the solution already exists out there I prefer to use it cos it would have undergone very robust quality control than one built by a lone programmer
