Hi, I'm Emmanuel, a Frontend Web Developer with strong expertise in React.js and Next.js. I began my web development journey three years ago, and since then, Nairaland, Programming section has been a constant source of motivation, especially during challenging times, when I feel like quitting. I’m highly proficient in frontend technologies and also capable of handling backend tasks when needed. Project 1: Health and Fitness Tracking Web Application
I developed a professional web application designed to track and monitor health and fitness activities. Key features include step tracking, distance measurement (in both kilometers and miles), calorie tracking, and vital checks such as blood pressure and blood sugar monitoring. The platform also includes a health blog section for sharing wellness tips and updates.
The application features a sleek, professional UI with both light and dark mode options, enhancing user experience across different environments. This project was built for a client and is currently in its beta/testing phase.

Project 4: E-Commerce Website with Email-Based Ordering

For this project, the client requested a streamlined e-commerce website without automatic payment integration, user authentication, or a database system due to budget constraints. Instead, the website needed to allow customers to browse food items, add them to a cart, and place orders. Upon checkout, the order details would be sent directly to the client’s email via the EmailJS API. The client would then manually verify payments and contact customers via SMS, call, or WhatsApp to confirm orders.

To meet these requirements, I developed the website using Next.js and successfully integrated EmailJS for seamless order notifications. The project was completed within two weeks.

Before starting the development of this website, I created the UI/UX prototype myself to define the desired look, feel, and appearance. Here are the designed interfaces for the website(mobile screen) in dark mode.
