I want to know too > sometimes on a hot afternoon I just want to have Suya with cold Garri, but unfortunately I can't. . .and when its nighttime I might not crave it anymore

It's because, the meat is dark in colour and night is the perfect time to deal with dark things. During the day, its not attractive.

..becos it require darkness to spice it up. In case u don't know darkness is part of suya ingredients that is is d reason no matter how d suya is prepared wen eaten in the afternoon loses its value.


Its only suya when taken at darkest hour, but it become a roasted meat when taken in d day.

Bros abegi don't say what u don't kno which part of the north are u staying, cos I have stayed in kad,zamfara sch in Laura namoda,work in Katsina to b frank most suya joint na night dem do am so don't say may be south west.

If the Igbos are selling suya, you can buy them at anytime, anywhere & any moment.

Come to ORE, u will eat sugar every minute of the day.its just that we have more sellers at night than the day. That's all
