I still don't know the final decision made between DPR and the consultant. But the initial plan was to send email and sms to successful applicants. And they will go and collect their Apl at zonal and states offices of the dpr nationwide. They may also adopt the email, sms and portal to reach the successful applicants. Only time will tell.

That's the procedure. Yesterday, the FCC called a number of person to confirm their state and local government of origin and their confirmation ID for the FIRS recruitment. The countdown begins.

During the meeting, FCC may decide to do a random check on the successful applicants. For example, they will pick a successful applicants from Ondo state and call them, they will ask if they are so so so person from so so local government of so so state. They will likely ask for the applicant to confirm his address.

The procedure is to make sure that the slots of other states were not giving to others. And to ensure the quota system. It's automatic disqualification if they call you and your data mismatched what they have in the paper, that means someone put your name in state where you does not belong. But they may call only very few. After that, a certificate of compliance will be issued and emails will roll.
