I Totally Support This, Female Judges Only Have Sense Of Judgement If Only A Female Is Involved In D Case.

Judge Judy is one of the best female judges in the world even though she can be irritating at times,she does her job very well and I like the fact that she doesn't have that "I deserve it all because I got a pu*sy" mentality we find in feminazis

Funnily, i remember the female Judge that handled Babatunde Omidina's (a.k.a baba suwe) case..she kept calling him baba suwe in the law court...sure enough african magic yoruba at play.

Ladies shouldn't be allowed to be judges because they're too emotional.. if at all they should be judges ,that should be only In the Supreme Court and Apeal Courts. They shouldn't be allowed to be judges in Magistrate,customary and High courts.
My reason is clearly stated above they're too emotional. when presiding cases especially if they case involves another female they're biased in their rulings...

This is an unhealthy generalization. Maybe you should go to Justice Opeyemi Oke's Court in Lagos. You can also go to the Supreme Court panel where Justice Kekere-Ekun is among the sitting justices. Then read about Retired Justice Mariam Aloma-Mukhtar. Go to Minna and observe proceedings in Justice Buari's Court. Ask about Justice Anyanwu of the Court of Appeal. Then Justice Eunice Ajumogobia of National Industrial Court, Abuja. Finally, try imagining what a bench with someone like Mama Folake Solanke, SAN will look like.

But for Justice Rhodes-Vivour and what I read of Late Justice Kayode Esho, I have met better female judges than their male counterparts. After late Justice Kayode Esho and Justice Rhodes-Vivour, I will pick about 10 female judges who are good ambassadors of the bench before any other male judge comes to mind. Maybe mode of getting to the bench should be reviewed, not gender of who gets there.

Not just the position of judges leadership role in general. Women are simply not 'built' to lead it's how its been since creation. God created Adam (a man ) and not Eve in fact women were not originally part of God's plan Eve(woman) was made to be a companion to Adam. So tell me how can a 'helper' lead the helped. Away from religion Evolution has taught as that it was the men that went out to hunt for food and also to defend the women and the offsprings because they were more brave and stronger than the women who were relegated to taking care of the offsprings. So basically women are 'auxiliaries' to men and therefore shouldn't lead especially when men are present.

I support your motion having witnessed such scenario in a customary court before. An appeal was filed against her judgement. She ended up saying she had malaria which prevented her giving a sound judgement. She was removed as judge for been too bias.

I can see u dont understand what I mean. I am talking about leadership here you don't have to be a leader to achieve something or make a mark for urself and so u don't have a point on that. You were also talking of women leading economies can you give me examples and instances.
