Sport betting is one of oldest businesses in the world, its funny how Nigerians label it as a curse because they are losing from it because they don't know the rules.

Betting is one of the key players than hold the football world today, matches are well regulated because plenty betting companies sponsor lots of football clubs and hence why the game has to be with little or not match fixing so betting companies are not outsmarted of their money.

Nigerians lose because of the following:

Greed
Lack of insight in studying what they are playing
Not seeing it as a business, they see it as luck

See guys, I'm referring to football betting and not the other rubbish like virtual and all. Football betting is less gambling than the rest. Even when I won something like 45k from a 200 naira bet, I still maintained my standard. The only thing limiting how big of profits I can be making is the fact that I don't stake high, and part of my strategies is that I would only start staking big when I win the bookies big as well.

I tell you something, if you have been betting for a while and know your onions but not making much of a profit its because of your financial power. You know why? I'm sure if you bet on like 15 games to score over 2 goals, at least like 10 of such games should go as planned if you are not a newbie, now imagine if you took out each single game and play them individually and play them with 10k each, even if only 10 out of 15 come out good, you would still make profit guaranteed. That is how those in the UK and US bet, but here everyone wants to win15 million naira with a 100 naira bet, such rarely happens.

People like the OP get into things without having no dept knowledge about it, they hold on to luck and are carried away with the potential winnings they see, and when they lose they come crying and make betting seem like a curse of something, Africans always wanna get things wrong and then make unnecessary noise about it, in developed countries the majority of gambling which make people lose money a lot are the core gambling markets like poker, casino, cards, etc, football betting is never a major culprit because football betting is real and has a lesser degree of gambling in it.

Lastly, what's the difference between football betting and investing in forex trading? If you understand both, you'd know there is no difference. Get your act together rather than coming here to cry over your very own intellectual inadequacies as regards applying it to football betting.

Well let me share my own experiences with the bookies here. To begin with I play NO RED CARD in all my games. I play daily 4 odds with it and I stake heavy. Now in bet9ja the odd for NO RED CARD is 1.19. To make it 4 odd I need 8 of those games. So 1.19*1.19*1.19(into eight places) gives me my 4 odd. Since this option is available only in the five major leagues I.e england, Spain, Germany, Italy and France I do certain permutations. If in a particular week I pick one game per league that will be total of 5 but I need 3 more. I now go to england championship pick one add another from Germany, Spain and england(top divisions). So in my ticket of four odd carrying 8 NO RED CARD I will end up with something like
Germany 2
England premier 1
England championship 1
Spain 2
Italy 1
France 1
Sometimes the German can be 1 and england 2 same with Spain. But France and Italy always carry 1 each. I start with N500 on Fridays. Select the 4 odd and do the maths
N500*4 = 2k
Saturday 2k*4= 8k
Sunday 8k*4=32k(that's the minimum I make in a week)

That is what they fail to understand. You can't expect to win 100% of the time. If a game has an odd of 1.05, it means you have 95% of winning that bet. But the remaining 5% possibility of loss is also there.

For those who need a steady weekly income, employ this strategy. There are other surer strategies that will put steady food on your table but this is the one I wish to divulge:

Fund your account in multiples of 7 (7k, 14k,...., 70k etc)

Pick 4 games that have 1.2 odds or 5 games that have 1.15 odds. When you combine them, it gives u 2.0 odds

Get three instances of these odds that will play on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. That is, 2.0 on Friday, 2.0 on Saturday, 2.0 on Sunday.

Stake one-seventh of your bankroll (1k or 2k or 10k, whatever it is) on the first day being Friday.

If it fails, double your stake on the second day(Saturday)

If it fails, stake the remaining funds on the last day (Sunday).
