Go to federal secretariat ask for immigration office.you can get it the next day

Go to Plot 287a, Akinolugbade Street Off Adeola Odeku, Victoria Island.

That's the address for Anambra liaison office. You can get your certificate of origin there. I don't know the amount.

Just make sure you go with Atleast 2 passport photograph.
