What is the ruling of a salaah prayed behind the row(and you are alone)

Al-Allaamah shaykh muqbil ibn hadee al-wadi'iy the muhaddith of Yemen rahimahullaah

Question: what is the ruling of the salaah of the one who prays alone behind the row

Answer; The messenger sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam says "There is no salaah for the one who prays alone behind the row" and what is clear is that (it is from the hadeeth of) a sahabah Abdur Rahmaan ibn shaybaan or shaybaan ibn Abdur Rahmaan and it came from a hadeeth of waabisah, na'am, what else, the hadeeth of saalih al-hujjiyyah "there is no salaah for the one who prays alone behind the row" and the prophet sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam said to him "repeat your salaah" this is the most correct from the statement of the people of knowledge and most say they don't see it as necessary to repeat the salaah but if a hadeeth of the messenger of Allaah sallallaahu alayhi wa ala aalihi wa sallam comes it is most deserving of following....

I think we don't need to argue about this. The Hadith is clear so let us fear Allaah as much as we can!
In our mosque, most people are less knowledgeable and they can even elbow you if you try to pull them back and this would cause confusion and commotion later.
.
You just pray another latecomer would come join you!

In conclusion: standing in the row is obligatory. If a person comes and the row is full, he should pray with the congregation behind the row, and not go forward to stand beside the imam or pull someone out to stand beside him, nor should he abandon the prayer in congregation.

The view that it is permissible to pray in congregation standing alone behind the row if one has an excuse for doing so is the view favoured by Shaykh al-Islam Ibn Taymiyah, and our Shaykh ‘Abd al-Rahmaan al-Sa’di, and there are some who say it is valid in all cases.

Barakallaahu feekum I remember reading something regarding this from shaykh ibn baaz where he said one should wait instead that there is no proof for praying alone even if you find no space, reason why I asked for proof.... But Alhamdulillaah I've seen a proof for it...
