You can as well call on 111 or 121 and patiently follow through the voice prompt.

However proper check will be done on Monday
pls how can I speak directly to a customers service and not some automated machines. Bought 1000 naira card, they gave me series of bonuses yet can't do anything with it. The call bonus is just there, can't even call airtel numbers with it. Pls assist

please share details of your line via mail, however you can also reach the call center by dial 111 or 121 and following the selection sequence 1,3,6 or 1,3,5,9

I successfully upgraded my sim to 4G lte in Ibadan and its working but i have not received the 4gig of data that was promised by Airtel. What can i do?

Smart connect 2.0 is similar to the current default service class (smart connect 4.0). Once you migrate out you would not be able to migrate back.

As for double data, I'm sorry but it's no longer being promoted.

You keep quoting me everytime a complain is being made about how difficult it is to speak to an agent, as if that is the solution to the problem.

Why should a customer have to go through so much hassles just to speak to an agent.

You guys had better borrow a leaf from mtn and glo in terms of customer management and service delivery.
@ Poster the above code doesn't work anymore, it has been changed again.
I would update my post when am able to get around the new code.

I upgraded my sim to airtel 4G in ibadan last week Wednesday and suscribe to airtel 2.0data plan but the free 4gb airtel promised and 25% data bonus I didn't get any. My number is 07016053455

I was asked to cc you. My airtel credit is being deducted at will for services that I did not put in for..over 3 services..they just keep deducting my money at will. My number is 09021396264. Good Evening

Some days ago, I used my UBA online banking app to buy #100 airtime in which UBA deducted the money from my account but I didn't receive the airtime. That's by the way.

Today, I used my bank USSD code to buy #300 airtime in which the #300 was deducted from my bank account and I didn't receive the airtime on my airtel line.

I have contacted my bank but I was made to understand that the problem is from my service provider which is airtel.

Please and please, I need the #300 airtime on my airtel line.

Service deactivated.
however if you wish to deactivate the Airtel call shine service on your line, STOP to 55350 will work.

I am actually thinking something right now; there's the aboki that always call, he would always claim that his friend owns my line. Could it be that this my number, 08086685162 also belongs to another person?

If YES, then it might be that the other is credited instead of me.

What can I do to get my airtime and also to avoid future reoccurrence?

Sorry, but its not possible for two simcard to have same number, one would rather not see the network at all.

My advice: please dial *121#, select option 3, then select option 4 to confirm the number assigned to your simcard. Then confirm if that's the number you recharged . please check your mail.

Good morning Tasceige,I'm facing a problem with Airtel Me2U,sent 200mb to another line,cant send until dat one is exhausted but now its exhusted and im still getting a messge dat the beneficiary can receive d data up till now ,even though d beneficiary can no longer browse due to d fact dat d 200mb i send some days ago has been used up.Pls what can i do to send another to this beneficiary?
