Special hi to team August.

Went for anc today. I was given first dose of tetanus vacine, First treatmet of malaria and other routine drugs.

I notice my bp has jumped from 120/80 to 135 /... I didnt bother to check what it is over. Please what do i do to check it? I have never read anything above 120/80 all my life.

Really haven't been seeing your mentions via roll call until today Cappo, dunno why
I've just been busy for a while Now,can't believe we are in March already. I'm super happy we are almost there as I haven't been finding it easy.

For the past 2months I can only eat rice,Irish potatoes and spaghetti..can't eat eggs,any swallow or milk..really frustrating cry

but i thank God it will soon be over.

Hmm as per shopping, i haven't bought anything o undecided

though i just need to buy a few things since it's my 2nd

For baby's sex, no idea yet as he/she has been hiding grin

Then my tummy is big o and that's giving me cause to worry,afraid is catching me..tummy feels so heavy,does anyone feel the same? Abi it's the Milo I've been taking.
I've quit sha cheesy

So far so good I've gained only 4kg as at today(31wk5d) grin

In all I wish us all an easy peasy delivery..

I really can't say but what my doctor did was to include Folic acid (the tiny ones) to my Obrone6 due to low PCV
And so far, have been good.
Maybe you should ask from ur doctor.

Please try another BP machine, May be an Error. I pray it is an Error. Too early in my assumption, but hey... what do I know?
If its not an error, you need to start seeing a consultant Gynea immediately.

Congratulations again to the mums in the house......

Please let's embrace Caesarean Section if need be.... it doesn't make you less of a woman....

I will share a personal story......

A house fellowship member...heavily pregnant...edd passed as at last Sunday and when checked was 4cm gone already....i'v been making calls to her sister-in-law who introduced her to the fellowship and I kept getting no show yet..some manageable pains ...they were still waiting for water to break....

So I called this morning and was told she is dripping....hospital straight....

Few hours later, the sis-in-law called and said I should pray along with them because the doctor referred them to another hospital for CS because baby placed her hand on her head and the passage vaginally is too tight ...She said ''she didn't bargain for CS,she rejected it and her sis-in-law would not do CS but, deliver vaginally in Jesus name."

I replied...she would deliver safely in Jesus name...let her go for CS immediately.... the most important thing is mother and child alive and healthy....her reply was Ahhhhhh.

So I called my husband ( as he is the home cell leader ) , explained things to him and told him to call the sis-in-law ( any decision she takes, the Preggy lady would accept) and re-affirm they should go for CS immediately.

People of God, I called and hour later and I heard baby crying in the back ground...she had been delivered via CS...

Hurriedly went to the hospital to visit...the baby not only had one hand on the head..... also had cord round her wrist ( which is the same hand that was on the head)....please picture the scenario.....

The sis-in-law then mentioned another woman they met there that was rejecting CS....her baby passed on in the womb...the same CS she didn't want is what they had to do to bring out the baby.

God help us all...Amen

Hi teamie. Please see your doc asap. My bp also shot to 130 in my first pregnancy and I was given a drug and placed on bed rest till it came down.
Pls see your doc. Let them check your bp again to be sure its accurate and then help you bring it down. High bp isn't good in pregnancy

I would say yes cos that's what I've been doing & my PCV has always been very good. Though I just take two small red tablets with my obron 6.

Good thing is Baby already collected all the food nutrients needed for development around 1st and 2nd Trimester. Baby is gathering muscle for life outside the comfort zone.
Just keep your energy level high with food for the work ahead.
No matter the Baby size, WE GOT THIS!!!!

This pregnancy shall be easy for us all in Jesus Name. We will deliver better than the hebrew women, our babies shall be in sound health upon delivery and we will bounce out of the hospital with our bundle(s) of Joy in Jesus Name.

Really haven't been seeing your mentions via roll call until today Cappo, dunno why
I've just been busy for a while Now,can't believe we are in March already. I'm super happy we are almost there as I haven't been finding it easy.

For the past 2months I can only eat rice,Irish potatoes and spaghetti..can't eat eggs,any swallow or milk..really frustrating but i thank God it will soon be over.

Hmm as per shopping, i haven't bought anything o though i just need to buy a few things since it's my 2nd

For baby's sex, no idea yet as he/she has been hiding

Then my tummy is big o and that's giving me cause to worry,afraid is catching me..tummy feels so heavy,does anyone feel the same? Abi it's the Milo I've been taking.

So far so good I've gained only 4kg as at today(31wk5d)
In all I wish us all an easy peasy delivery..

God will make it easy for us, Amen!
My tummy feels heavy too. I tried reducing my food intake since last week but still same. When I go for my next antenatal will confirm my weight and that of baby.

Went for anc today. I was given first dose of tetanus vacine, First treatmet of malaria and other routine drugs.

I notice my bp has jumped from 120/80 to 135 /... I didnt bother to check what it is over. Please what do i do to check it? I have never read anything above 120/80 all my life.

Sorry teamie HBp isnt gud in pregnancy. Pls check wt ur doctor. Ull b given drugs to help reduce d bp. Don't worry God gat u.

I would say yes cos that's what I've been doing & my PCV has always been very good. Though I just take two small red tablets with my obron 6.

You mean only 4kg??I'm envying u and eyeing you at d same time grin

. as at 32weeks,i had gained a total of 14kg. I had to reduce d quantity of food I eat before I will enter 80kg.and dat tummy ehn,it's like am dragging 25kg bag of rice and my vagina feels like a bag of cement is resting on it
