What I was told is that you shouldn't try for a VBAC before 2 years post CS. Please seek a second opinion

@voucher,scan can detect if a vbac is in order,or a repeat cs.Work with an experienced doctor,you could get two doctors,to review the situation periodically.
However,keep an open mind.

When I experienced this I always take warm water first thing every morning and when I want to take water during the day. The warm water help clears my throat from the phlegm

As for me, the only thing that is giving me problem is sleeping position and the turning because of heat. I only pee once before morning cos i find it difficult to always stand up to go and pee i am lazy like that
