At least Buhari is not owing any federal worker months of unpaid salaries. Instead, he has been pumping billions to help governors like Fayose through bailout and budget support just to avoid deaths like that of the respondents dad. However, while other reasonable governors are making the best of the situation and paying workers promptly, cruel governors like Fayose still refused to pay.
