Haba.. it's a public knowledge, when the ball remains with him for long, he tends to do rubbish with it. Martz101: |

There is a great spirit in this Super Eagles team.. Maybe that will be the key in Russia... Onazi is the obvious leader of the team after Mikel. I noticed Victor Moses was not really into all the fun, the other players were having. |

It’s not like Okocha and Kanu were big game changers IN THE GWG. Also, team beats individuality most times. Daejoyoung: |

Joebie:You know we keep hankering for what we cannot have. Twenty years from now those who have refused to accept this current team on its own terms will use them to still refuse another set by saying chai this guys (2038-2040 set) are not like dem Iwobi, dem Iheanacho set. |

Nike is doing the Nigerian fans and themselves lots of disservice by delaying the sales of the new shirts. I searched online and this is what I found. It’s being sold in China already...

tbaba1234:tbaba, tell NFF and Nike to start sales. Lots of people wanna wear the original shirts for the match against Serbia at Hives stadium and the one against England at Wembley. I’m one of those that criticised the home shirt but I liked the jackets and training shirts and especially the one with ‘NAIJA’ written at the back. |

tbaba1234:Of course it’s fake. The new shirts won’t cost anything less than £60.00 and more if you include shipment. I love that design Aina is wearing and I’ll get one Insha Allah. |

kingphilip:There is no, 'I think' in this matter. The comparison was made in direct comparison to the supposed obsessive reliance of France on ZZ Zidane in the world cup. And our similar reliance on Mikel. That comparison is simply not tenable. France had a team with a number of World class tried and tested top level players. For instance Deschamp, Thuram, Trezeguet, Vieira, Thierry, Pires, etc This team was star studded. We are not on that level individually speaking. Our strength is in team cohesion, spirit and determination not on individual exceptional world beating talent. |
