Hi guys Please help me out. I made my first order on Jumia today for the romoss sense 6 powerbank. When I made the first order I was sent an otp code from my bank to confirm the payment but I dropped my phone to attend to something while I was waiting for the code. When I came back the otp had expired so I reordered. I made the payment with my Access bank MasterCard and was debited as there was no option for pay on delivery for the product. After making the order I was shown processing. I checked the order now and I was shown that my order was cancelled as payment was unsuccesful.. I havent been refunded neither have I received a call or sms from jumia. Plz help me out

This so simple to resolve. Go to your bank and report the failed transaction. |

GO to jumia page and look for contact jumia...from there u can lodge your complain...and within 48hrs u will be attended to....i have many issues like that but all resolved. .. |

Ignore the whole 'Contact jumia agent' cos Jumia can't do anything unless you can validate that you were charged and the transaction was effectively processed. All you need do is walk into one of your bank's branch, lodge a complaint of a debited unprocessed transaction. You will be asked a few details, which will be readily available on your email. From there, the bank will let you know if it was processed and credited to Jumia's account (Now, you can query Jumia) or it was simply a case of an unprocessed transaction (A refund will be effected at a later date). If you are tenacious, your money will be refunded in no time. Goodluck. |
