I never knew NOUN transcripts are acceptable....but going through that process will take more time sinces i am almost done with my b1 class .OR SIR is it that the embassy rarely hands out visa to those going for studienkolleg? .

NOUN is one of the federal universities in Nigeria accredited by NUC, so why won't they? If you check anabin, you will find it there also. You can get a visa with studentkolleg so far you have the required German proficiency in addition to other requirements. However, I am starting from where "Godson" stopped regarding the studentkolleg cons. Moreover, getting a visa is not the end of it all, there is more to it and education here is not butter and bread even with the English language you are used to, not to talk of the one you have not mastered very well. You might not understand until you see the reality though. Shalom

Good day friends, just checking the German Consulate website for interview appointment dates. However, I noticed that one's interview date must not exceed six weeks from time of application. How true is this?

Also, I just applied for my transcript to be sent to uniassist, do i need to inform uniassist pending the delivery of my transcript to them? And will they notify me of receipt of my transcript?

Yes, it's true. What's your enrollment deadline.

About the second question, I can't say cos I rarely have Uniassist.

Generally, I won't say yes since we differ from ourselves when it comes to "book". But to a certain extent, I will say yes compare to what we are used to back home. Some courses in English "nah die" not to talk about studying it in German and most importantly if you are not highly proficient enough. NOTE: It might be easier if you don't have to hustle to pay bills and sustain yourself which is not common be it in English or German. So the truth of the matter is, it is not bread and butter but the ends will justify the means if you can persevere. Shalom
