I think we all had crushes on our teachers at one point in time or the other. I had a crush on my tall, chocolate skinned and gorgeous hunk of an Accounting teacher in SS2, and because of him endured one session of Accounts. However, the crush could not withstand the power of my hatred of all things mathematics, and so, in SS3 I quietly borrowed myself brain and dropped accounts. I cannor go and be scoring F9 in WAEC because of man. grin


Most girls crush on their teachers, unlike boys.

Which boy will want to crush on a 35, 40, 50+ years old teachers? where there are beautiful fresh young girls around.

Tomb Raider - 6.5/10

For a reboot, it was awesome. The storyline was on point, characters on point, CGI on point but most of what took place was predictable.

So, I finally watched Baby Driver, and I gotta say, this is one hell of a ride. It was a fun movie, the action sequences were really entertaining, and the music was superb. But, there are what I would consider major plotholes (at least 2) that threatened to ruin the whole experience, but overall, it was a good fun movie.

- Premise: 9/10 - The perfect amalgamation of Action and music.
- Plotlines 7/10 - The story is solid despite some holes here and there. From the getgo, it's apparent that it's going to be a fast paced getaway film, and it delivered.
- Writing 8/10 - This is a masterful writing. Edgar Wright at his artistic best.
- Acting 6/10 - Acting could be better. For instance, Jamie Foxx as Bats kinda overacted. Also Spacey as Doc sorta ruined the whole vibe because of the pedophilia sh*t.
- Visuals 8/10 - Top notch.
- Music 9/10 - Almost perfect.

Ratings: 7.8/10.

I was going through the 90th Oscar awards yesterday night.And it was overwhelming how shape of water bagged everything from best picture to best director. I don't know but it doesn't seem right.

The Foreigner

Okay. This is completely different from what I gleaned on the trailer. I went in fully expecting to see some age old cliche of an Asian man going on a Kunfu spree and taking down some bad guys (Looking at you Jet Li), but was pleasantly surprised. The movie was better than I expected.

The plot could be better, but the pacing, direction and performances were on point. The movie managed to sustain a tense atmosphere throughout, thanks largely to a sparse soundtrack, which in itself is kind of weird, because,The Foreigner is short on action. All in all, I enjoyed it for what it was. Nothing spectacular, but far from a disappointment.


- Premise 7/10
- Plotlines 6/10
- Writing 7/10
- Acting 9/10
- Visuals 8/10
- Music 6/10

I knew it would be crappy. So I didn't bother to download.


Seen prodigy it was fair but the film went quiet at the end. 7.5/10 for the kid who acted in the movie. She was superb.


When we first met, a Netflix movie. Nice comedy in the lines of dog day afternoon. Good laughs. 7/10.

The copy of outsider I have doesn't ha e subtitles so I've not watched it yet.

Later today dear dictator.



P.s just finished Jonathan strange and Mr Norrel. A British serial. 7 episodes. It was an interesting watch.


Looking forward to copies of Pacific rim2 and tomb raider whenever that will be.
After downloading movies I download their subtitles,so that I can hear every single word spoken.
Next time you need subtitles,go to yifysubtitles.com or just Google,I'm sure the first site on the search will likely be yifysubtitles.com.
19/20 subtitle accuracy. Best so far for me.
