I do the airtel N1500 for 3.5gb and before one month they tell its finished, I have to subscribe another, this is scamming, though I use Instagram but that's still not the reason for zapping my data.

If you say Airtel is kinda bad, what will you call mtn, mtn will tell you to subscribe 1k for 1.5gb it won't even get up to 5 days it has been exhausted, I just switched now this night to Airtel my dear, because I can't be subscribing 1k every 5 days for mtn data bundle. So Airtel to me is still better bro. Maybe they just having network issues but it would be resolved . But am not going to subscribe for mtn bundle anymore it been over 15 years with them now so at least I don try make I switch . Before them wreck ma enemy.

same here bro....being trying to call them but no no,even tired of that useless call from deir cstomer care using 0802_whatever,any call from them,money inside my account blc must deduct without my permission,suck.

3g literally do not work on my device,the network bar has never gone beyond 2 bars, first i thought it was the proximity of my area. but i later found out that it was the same for quite a number of people.

recently, i subscribed for the monthly plan. my browsers just lock up.
i called their customer care twice,all they told me was that my issue will be resolved after twelve hrs. still not resolved. the third time i called, i just told them that if they dont resolve it this time, i will just break the sim. what nonsense. before the twelve hrs they fixed it.

airtel network has been very poor for some time, but the annoying thing is that the providers will not acknowledge that fact and try to improve.

you should try dialing 121. then follow the voice prompt.keep moving on to the next step by selecting a number that concerns your problem. after you have done all that, you will be connected to a customer care service line. goodluck

Airtel normally opt in for subscription without even asking for it, I complained but they still kept on repeating the same thing.

As much as i know airtel is worst in network as i am one of premium customers with premium membership but i still experience call failed error and god knows what else.

I subscribed a 5K worth of airtel megapack data last month February. upon 3days to expiration with 2Gb+ left. I couldn't browse telling me am out of data, thereby directing me to the free facebook page.

I called customer care hoping it would be resolved as I was told to wait for 12hrs. after 12 hours they sent me a message saying the issue has been resolved meanwhile it was still same old story.

Later I realised that when I switch to edge I was able to browse, upon switching back to 3G it does not work and hence it brings out same out of data balance page. I then did another 1k5 subscription hoping it would work. only for it to give me thesame error. calling the customer care has proven abortive as they keep telling me they are busy. only God knows what all this is.

I have visited their twitter handle only to find out that am not the only one experiencing this. tons of people experiencing the glitch yet they pretend nothing is happening falling on deaf ears with so many complains and plea thrown around. as for NCC they are a dead organisation.

Hey bro if there's another word that can qualify tons it'd have been better, as in, since 19th of March I can't use data that I subscribed for on my line. It got to a time, I was frustrated, I had to curse them when I was speaking to their customer agent. Anytime I call they'll tell me after 12 hours it'll be rectified, now since 19th of March till now. Well the last subscription I did wasn't going I spoke to one of their agents and she sent me a configuration message it was later going until now it stopped and its only going for Instagram only, so rn I'm watching live videos on IG just to make the data get exhausted after this one Airtel is a no no for me again.

Talking about MTN night plan, they don't give 500mb as stated. If you doubt me, try downloading a file worth 450mb and come back to give your testimony

And the good and stupid network doesn't have customer care..like one on one..

This means that tomorrow, I should tell the guy who gave me his phone to look at over his inability to post pictures on Facebook not buy another data because I told him that his Airtel data has finished.

I had to subscribe to a weekend plan since am on smart trybe and thank God the weekend plan works with 3G to see me through the weekend.

do you know the code to migrate to smart trybe

It's almost the same thing in my state and we complained to them several times but nothing has been done about it uptil now
