For an awesome tasting plantain porridge, use fresh or smoked fish ( mackerel is the best option) with crayfish and a big size of onion ( there's no need for meat)...believe me, you'll never stop wanting more until the pot is empty!

Having fun with hubby here,eating Salad and stew chicken 1st pix

Make una con chop

I named it carrot stew. . Ingredients :fresh tomatoes (just cut with knife) carrot, scent leaves(nchuawu in igbo). Goat meat.
Steam your meat, after like 7mins, add more pepper (fresh pepper preferably) add little salt, Maggi, goat meat seasoning, little groundnut oil, when the meat is done, add your tomatoes, scent leaves and carrot. Food is done!!! Thank me later.
