| Re: The NBA Begins by Nobody: 3:42am On Apr 06, 2018 |
If there was any doubt about our finals credentials there shouldn't be after today. Our coach maybe an imb ecile but, Playoff LeBron like you saw in the fourth is a different beast. All the opposition teams are led by chokers. We proved in the fourth that we can get defensive stops when it matters. We shouldn't have blown the lead we had but we staged a pretty impressive come back, all in all, good game. Oooh and Cediiiiii!!! |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Eruditor: 3:46am On Apr 06, 2018 |
Lebron can ball but it was more Wizards choking than the other way around. A team that moved the ball so well began to settle for jumpers and Wall was feeling himself too much. The temperament of a serious playoff team is what I was yet to see in the east and my opinion has not changed. Puny teams with megalomaniacs start shymming and dapping themselves when they should be seeing a game out. |

Raptors. Wizards. Philly, you're up next.

What is the warriors problem aside from all this injuries I haven't watch much basketball this season? Is this some kind of bait and switch type move where them go ramp am up for playoff. Or should bron be making space in his trophy cabinet for that fourth ring? ![]() |

| Re: The NBA Begins by A40(m): 1:01pm On Apr 06, 2018 |
I'd be lying if I said I'm not worried about the Golden State I've been seeing lately. Whatever funk they're in they need to snap out of it quick. The Houston threat is real and would be stewpid to ignore at this point. |

Donlittle:I've not met anyone from the GOAT era who wasn't mad salty that the GOAT got all the love, the endorsements, movies and owning an actual ball club. They're all United in Jealousy I'd be mad too if everyone wanted to be like Mike not Clyde He thought he was in the same level with the GOAT till they met in The Finals and he showed them that egbe isu ko ni iyan It's like Peyton Manning telling you Tom Brady is the GOAT. Not gonna happen |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Roland17(m): 1:24pm On Apr 06, 2018 |
Donlittle:And how many hall of famers/ all stars has Bron won the title with or made the finals with? Am I supposed to help him count? Clyde can take the furthest back seat because this his statement is not even logical to argue for or against. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Nobody: 1:25pm On Apr 06, 2018 |
A40:LMAO Jokes. First of all Clyde drexler has a ring. Funny thing is it's those without a ring from his era like Barkley and Reggie that like to svck his dick to claim they don't have one because they played against the "goat". Put Jordan on drexlers team in that finals and then put drexler on Jordans. Jordan's team went from 57 wins to 55 wins without him. Drexler, IT they know. They've seen it first hand. He didn't win anything on his own yet he gets all the credit. The only thing Jordan has ever led his finals team in is scoring, assists rebounds and other things, pippen. Marking the best opposition player, pippen. Man couldn't even get out the first round until he got pippen and phil Jackson and when Jackson left he too retired. Man was a flat track bully playing against white plumbers and truck drivers who has been elevated to the level of a deity because he popularized the game. Fortunately, the honest ones who played against him know he was a mere mortal. Barely above average in today's game. |

How many hall of famers did Jordan play with when he won his first title in 1991? and how many hall of famers played with him in his entire career? and how many hall of famers has Bron played with thus far? |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Roland17(m): 1:54pm On Apr 06, 2018 |
MitrikDenholm:I can see the horrors of the 2007 finals loss still haunts/ taunts you. You should know "Sweeeeeeeeeeeps" better than anyone here, so no surprises. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Nobody: 1:58pm On Apr 06, 2018 |
Roland17:Lol. Not just about the quality of your team but that of your opposition. Jordan faced 9 hall of famers in 6 finals appearances. LeBron has already faced 26 in 8. Another fact the bald gamblers fans don't want you to know, Jordan is 1 - 9 in the playoffs without pippen. Who did he have in 1991? He had pippen and the greatest NBA coach of all time. LeBron has Ty lue. Try again. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Nobody: 2:01pm On Apr 06, 2018 |
Roland17:LOL. 23 year old carrying a pack of mints to the finals getting swept by 3 hall of famers? Wow! Big surprise. What was Jordan doing when he was 23 BTW? Getting swept in the first round! ![]() Last year was a gentleman's sweep yeah? You lot just try to tank against the wizards please, you know LeBron is the true owner of the Celtics. ![]() |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Roland17(m): 2:07pm On Apr 06, 2018 |
MitrikDenholm:It took you about 20 minutes of research to come up with this disappointing response. Your attempt to be a better "Amala Turner" than the legend himself is comical at best. The question is, how many hall of famers did Jordan play with in his first championship and his entire career afterward and how many have Bron played with? Infact, I will go even further to ask how many all stars have Bron played with in comparison to Jordan? The answer to this questions would prove Clyde's statement is irrelevant and illogical. Furthermore, was Ty Lue his coach when he won his first ring during the assembly in Miami? |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Nobody: 2:21pm On Apr 06, 2018 |
Roland17:Little small fry the fact that you think I have to "research" to find these things out means you didn't know all of this before and quite honestly just sums up the fact that you don't know much about basketball. Jordan LeBron debates? I'd go head to head with the bald gambling addict himself. Heck id bet my left nut that I know more about your own team than you do. Small fry, flat track bully means someone who dominates inferior opposition. You ask who was on Jordans team on his first championship I told you Scottie and he had Phil Jackson against an old and battered Laker team whose best player magic Johnson retired 3 months later because he had aids. who did drexler have when he faced Jordan small fry? Jordan has never gone into the finals with an inferior team, never been an underdog. Good golly, please compare spoelstra to Phil Jackson again. LeBron has only ever been favoured to win 2 finals, he's won 3. Go and try again, next time come up with a better argument. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Nobody: 2:35pm On Apr 06, 2018 |
Fun fact: Michael Jordan has NEVER EVER won a playoff series without Scottie Pippen. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Nobody: 2:36pm On Apr 06, 2018 |
Fun fact: the NBA shortened the 3 point line for two years because Jeffrey couldn't shoot 3's. ![]() |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Roland17(m): 2:40pm On Apr 06, 2018 |
MitrikDenholm:What is new with the emotional tantrums and name calling? Jordan played with Scottie and Phil for his first title, while Bron had the assembly of future hall of famers Wade, Bosh in their prime and coach Spoelstra for his first title. How about subsequent titles? Clyde had Olajuwon who played heavier minutes and was the cornerstone of the 1995 championship winning side for the Rockets and peripheral players like Sam Cassel, Kenny Smith, and Robert Horry. So what are we arguing about here? So he had a great roster and they swept the Magic like dust in the finals. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Roland17(m): 2:46pm On Apr 06, 2018 |
The GOAT averaged 31.2 points, 11.4 assists, 6 rebounds, 2.8 steals and 1.4 blocks when he won his first title while Bron averaged 28 points, 10.2 rebounds, and 7.4 rebounds when he won his first title. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Nobody: 2:54pm On Apr 06, 2018 |
Roland17:Small fry, I asked you who drexler had when he faced Jordan. Jordan didn't play the 1995 finals because another fact the Jordan stans don't want you to know is when Jordan came back in 1995 he was chased off before he could even make the finals by Shaq and penny. ![]() Simple difference is LeBron is playing against super teams, Jordan was playing on the super team during the extension era. Flat track bully! |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Nobody: 3:00pm On Apr 06, 2018*. Modified: 4:39pm On Apr 06, 2018 |
Roland17: ![]() Playing against who again? Fun fact, that was the last time the Lakers came out the west in the 90s because they were old and done. Kareem was gone, worthy old (didn't even. Play the series cause he was injured btw) magic retired a few months later with aids. I wonder how many points LeBron would average playing against plumbers. ![]() Fun fact. Magic (what was left of him) was guarded and limited by pippen who is an all time great defender. Ooh and pippen also averaged 20 plus points. Try again. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Nobody: 3:05pm On Apr 06, 2018 |
Just imagine. The worst team LeBron faced is statistically better than the best team Jeffrey faced. Let that sink in ![]()
|
| Re: The NBA Begins by Nobody: 3:08pm On Apr 06, 2018 |
Fun fact, Jordan has never led his team in all statistical categories in finals. LeBron not only leads his team in all categories but once led the opposition team as well. Let that sink in. |
| Re: The NBA Begins by Nobody: 3:14pm On Apr 06, 2018 |
Fun fact, LeBron has never lost in the first round, Jordan has never gotten past the first round without pippen, in fact, the bald gambler was swept on one occasion. Imagine the sort of brain damage one has to have to believe that losing earlier before the finals is better than losing in the finals. These are the kind of chaps who argue for Jordan. ![]() |
