lies, Jeff seid is a natural bodybuilder, he is ripped bcoz his body fat is below 8%, so it is a big must dat his muscles must look defined only problem is dat he can't become too big. and in bodybuilding they r things we look for when trying to spot a natty (steroids user), e. g protruding guts, bald hair, excessive vain, excessive lean muscle mass with below 10% body fat,

Being toned and defined is nice but extremely overly muscular men scare me. I think the only overly muscular man that doesn’t scare me is Derrick Jaxn, he makes it look good .
