People like you introduce negative mindset to governance. Give this administration credit for not terminating any previous project that has potential positive impact on governance. Continuity is the policy. It is not about who should take credit. Check Lagos, Akwa Ibom, Anambra and states that somewhat enjoy continuity how they progressed.
