Do you know that Buhari wouldn't address his cows the way he addressed Nigerian youths some of who voted for him. He has more respect for his animals than Nigerians who voted for him.

Buhari's destiny is to disgrace himself and his name. Our Job as patriotic Nigerians is to ensure he fulfils his destiny by getting maximum disgrace at the polls in 2019.

but laziness won't allow you

”Genuine search for development and sustainable peace must therefore begin with youth empowerment and entrepreneurship” - Ex-President Goodluck Jonathan (speaking at University of Oxford on October 24, 2016)
Genuine search to empower the youth is highly commendable and not gallivanting the whole continents searching for negative comments to disseminate. Leadership is not all about words but action
which action did jonathan take(bought 53 gold iphones)

lol, Mr President doesn't know the number of university graduates selling tomatoes and onions due to lack of better opportunities .

what is wrong with selling tomatoes and onions
what do you think americans do or is it illiterates that work in ketchup or tin tomato companies?

Saying the Nigerian youth doesn't want to go to school is not true, over 1.5 million students just wrote JAMB and many wont be given admission because the universities can't take as much not that they didn't score above 200.

more laziness
he said they are not in school not they don't want to go

What about corp members that just did their POP, many without hope of securing a 100k Job for God knows how long.

farming is a 100k or more job
why are they running from it if not for laziness?

The fact is that many of the Nigerian youths are beginning to question education because their elder brother who graduated 5 years ago with a 2.1 earns N30k as a teacher from the N-Power scheme while musicians and big brother representatives who didn't necessarily go to higher institutions as much are awarded with terrible millions.

because they did not take their education serious unlike the entertainers who made necessary sacrifce to be successful
but no you rather covet another persons success like the lazy youth they are

The actual failures here are our leaders and i don't know when they will start seeing it that way

when voters stare them down in non lazy way

. How many companies did we build over the last 5 years to take in our fresh graduates?

how many companies do western societies build to take in youth?
stop waiting for oyel money

what are the plans on ground for the youths of this country that can actually propel them to greater heights.

still waiting for plans abi since 1960(57yrs).very lazy youth

When are we going to have constant power supply to our us some ease as we the youths go online to work for ourselves.

when you make it happen.stop being lazy

Do we even have security ?

who does?
do you think it falls from heaven

i am so shocked that this is how the number one citizen of my country defines us to the whole world.

no,it is how the world defines you.he just said it out loud

You have a good business idea you can't access funds from government

oil money abi

which is opposite to what is seen in the western world.

name one such country

Did he notice the over 160,000 business proposals that were recently submitted to Tony Elumelu for funding from the African youths, Nigerians being a majority. I am disappointed at the least from Mr President on this matter. #wearenotlazy
how many did he fund
how many when he was uba ceo
and yet lazy youth still opened accounts to make him rich

Listen, there's no body of people that would be put through what our youth have been put through and not have issues!
israelites were massacred by germans and are surrounded by 7 hostile genocidic neighbors
what have you been put through

Given the circumstances, i'd even argue the Nigerian youth has tried, holding their heads above the water the way they have. Their major problem has been the so called adults/leaders we've had since independence,

they were youth wen they took over(no experience,no education)

of which Buhari is among and a major participant.

Our politicians are actually the lazy ones. They 're the freeloaders and our president is one of them. They do nothing other than to protect oil installations and always look forward to sharing oil revenue and tax without actually thinking how the population can be made to be more productive.
and what do you do.......nothing and yet expect oil money to fall on you

Very soon our president will start blaming yet to be born babies for our woes. It's rather unfortunate that we still have another 5yrs to endure this lack of direction.

This is another evidence that the old man is more intelligent than a lot of you guys. He said "a lot of young Nigerians" NOT "all young Nigerians" He'd never say "all young Nigerians" because he has 10young Nigerians as his own children and they are all educated.

Any number above 100 in a nation of 200m is a lot already.

For you not to understand the difference between "a lot" and "all of" further proves that Baba is spot on. Education is not about going to school, it is about what is left in your brain after school.

Because it is the norm in your part of the country to cheat at ssce so you think its same for other parts of the country. Do you even think about the number of university intake from the middle belt down to the southern regions despite that the system has been skewed against them with qota system and catchment and the consequential volume of graduates they produce every year? Do you think about the various types of hustle being undertaken by these people, the various innovative ways they have employed to make ends meet in the absence of government assistance and the resultant effects of their efforts on the microeconomic indices of the nation? My friend go to construction sites, go to the markets, go to the farms, go to the secondary schools, go to the polytechnics, go to the universities, go to the banks, go to government offices, go to the streets and you will know that the Nigerian youth is not lazy and indolent like pmb think we are and if you think like him then you are as detached from the reality as he is.
yes they are if they are still breaking their backs after all the schooling.
doing labour work is not innovation

gifts from alhajis

It must not be a bricklayer job, just engage that person with little something.

plenty job on the farm and manufacturing

Some might have talent in entertainment probably have decided not to work with any company than to chase their dream, will you say they are lazy too?.

are they successful or not

It depend on how you see it. More so how encouraging is our government pay to public servant. Sometimes they owe salary for more than a month without a dine.

and the civil servants are looking like fools

Some don't pay well.

then why take the job

Even some of our private sector will use hell out of you and in the end pay you peanut.

go form your own company and share all your money to employees

who gives a sht about your toil.
do you pay bricklayer toiling when it is plumber you need
good grades in bad disciplines is mental laziness

after graduation no youths are employed into government position

see as yua confirming that you are waiting for oil money

but people like the old man whom said the youths are lazy but how do they survive, they create businesses. so you fool if your area youths are so useless and they don't go to school here in the south we don't just go to school we strive to become professionals. have you also considered chimamanda adiche ain't she a youth.

In all climes, there are always delinquents who suck the government....but In Nigeria where we have nothing, youths have built structures from scratch. Look at the entertainment industry, even entrepreneurial activities of young Nigerians in the midst of negativities. Since democratic return in 1999, all successive governments had failed to build infrastructures in this country- no roads, no power, no industries. We are not lazy, we channel our energy where needed!!
agric and manufacturing more important than bbnaija and davido drama.
we are llazy for not challenging the govt to provide these infra yet we show power on bbnaija and super eagles ban
